On the ground floor the old wine fattoria has been converted to provide spacious open plan areas linked by archways and leading out onto terraces at the front and the side of the house. The kitchen and breakfast room open into a dining area and from there through French Windows to a pergola shaded al fresco dining area.
The views are across the garden to Montalcino and down the Val d'Arbia towards the Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata, the highest mountain in middle Italy, snow capped and with slopes covered in chestnut trees.
There is a television room and a sitting room area and there are three ensuite double bedrooms on the ground floor.
